Automatic nozzle visual inspection machine TANI-01-C

The nozzle hole and the surface are automatically inspected based on the image of the nozzle after cleaning.
The machine will automatically judge if the condition is pass or fail by comparing to new nozzles.
The result can be exported as CVS data after reading the 2D code.

The nozzle holder used in the cleaning machine can be set as it is.

Pass/ fail judgment is made by comparing the master nozzle (new nozzle) image with the image of the nozzle after cleaning.

1. Judging if there is any foreign substance in the suction hole	Measure the dot area of the suction hole (red part), set the master image area to 100%, then measure the area of the image of the cleaned nozzle (ex. 90%) and judge if the condition is pass or fail.
2. Judging if there is any foreign substance on the nozzle surface	After setting the nozzle tip area (excluding the inside of the suction hole), the image is converted to color and the dots of foreign substance are measured. During the master image registration process, the customer will determine the pass and fail threshold (**%)

Export results as CSV data after each inspection (using FTP communication)
