An automatic nozzle visual inspection machine is recommended to avoid inspector's inconsistent judgement.
- The suction hole and the surface are automatically inspected based on the image of the nozzle after cleaning.
- The machine will automatically judge if the condition is pass or fail by comparing to new nozzles.
- The result can be exported as CVS data after reading the 2D code.

when inspecting for possible clogging. - The washing nozzle holder can be mounted easily to facilitate inspection procedures.
